The rules

Request in, Remove out. Always use these two forms, even after you have back-office access. That’s how the program’s costs are covered.
Give a heads-up first. Tell the client two emails are coming and that both matter. The guide has templates.
Stay in your lane. Found an investment account? Route it to Zoop Alpha Advisors. An IRS balance? Route it to the client’s CPA.
Keep it confidential. Reports never go in group chats, social posts, or training examples.
