For Zoop Agents
Help your clients keep their families out of probate court. You send your link, Zoop handles the plan from checkout to a funded trust, and you're paid on every client who enrolls.
What It Is
Your link opens zoopbenefits.com/estate-plan, where your client sees what probate could cost their family, compares two revocable living trust options, takes a one-minute Plan Chooser, and checks out.
A trust built on Wealth.com's guided platform under the client's home-state law. Fits most families.
Attorney-drafted under Nevada law, available in any state, with a one-on-one attorney review before anything is final.
Your Link
Same Agent ID as your Great Retirement Rescue links: your first and last name in lowercase, like greg-pappas.
This page remembers it on this device, so you only do this once.
Agent ID:
Your estate plan linkShare it with any client who should have a trust. Anyone who checks out through it is credited to you, and you get an email the moment they pay.
For flyers, business cards and the last slide of a talk.
How It Works
Would it be unreasonable to send your link to three clients who own a home this week?
Your Compensation
Your compensation is your level in the Zoop compensation plan times $500, whichever plan your client chooses: Gulf Coast Law or Wealth.com.
The $500 is paid out through the agent hierarchy, just like life insurance commissions.
Commissions are paid monthly, once your client's refund window has closed. For Wealth.com, that's after the client's intake appointment takes place. For Gulf Coast Law, it's after the client's first meeting with the firm.
If a client cancels, violates the refund policy or disputes a charge later, the commission on that client is recoverable and is due back within 5 business days.

No. The $500 is the same whether your client chooses Wealth.com at $1,000 or Gulf Coast Law at $2,500, so you never have a reason to steer. Let the Plan Chooser and the Launch Appointment do that.
You get an email the moment they pay, with their name and the plan they chose. Your client gets their Launch Checklist and a link to book their Launch Appointment, and our team is notified too.
At checkout, the page asks how they heard about us. If they choose Agent/Advisor and type your name, we see it and credit you. Your link is still the sure thing, and once a client opens it, the page remembers it for 90 days on that device.
No. The page explains probate, compares both paths and recommends one, and our Intake Coordinator answers the rest at the Launch Appointment. Zoop is not a law firm, and neither of us gives legal advice. Legal advice comes from the attorney consult on Option A or from Gulf Coast Law on Option B.
Option A is $1,000, or $1,300 with the mobile notary. Option B is $2,500 and includes the attorney review and Florida deeds. A married couple shares one joint trust under one fee. Attorney consults and deeds on Wealth.com, deeds outside Florida on Gulf Coast Law, and county recording fees are paid to the firm directly.
Yes. Wealth.com clients get a full refund any time before their intake appointment takes place, even if they cancel, postpone or reschedule it. Gulf Coast Law clients meet the firm first and get a full refund if it isn't the right fit after that first meeting.
Both Wealth.com and Gulf Coast Law include lifetime updates at no additional cost.
The same one as your Great Retirement Rescue links: your first and last name in lowercase with a dash, like greg-pappas. If you're not sure, email [email protected].
Zoop Benefits is not a law firm and does not provide legal or tax advice. Option A documents are created through Wealth.com's estate planning platform. Option B documents are prepared by Gulf Coast Law, P.A., which provides legal services directly to the client under its own engagement.
