1. About Zoop Benefits

Zoop Benefits provides financial strategy education, employee benefits optimization consulting, and tax strategy education, for business owners, employers, and individuals.

Zoop Benefits does not provide investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. All strategy discussions are educational and conceptual in nature. Specific recommendations require consultation with a licensed professional.

2. Use of Our Services

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or submit any form. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms or communicating with us. Providing false information may result in termination of services.

2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services, website, or communications channels to:

This section governs your participation in the Zoop Benefits text messaging program and constitutes the SMS Terms required for A2P 10DLC compliance.

Zoop Benefits operates an SMS/text messaging program using registered A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person) messaging infrastructure. Message types include:

  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling follow-ups

  • Financial education and employee benefits informational content

  • Program updates relevant to your inquiry or employer enrollment

  • Responses to inbound messages you send to us

3.2 How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages from Zoop Benefits by any of the following methods:

Read to prospect before recording consent:

"Before we continue, I'd like to confirm you're okay receiving occasional text messages from Zoop Benefits at [phone number] — things like appointment reminders and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply QUIT at any time to stop. Do I have your permission to send you texts?"

[Record YES/NO response and timestamp in the CRM contact record immediately.]

3.3 Opt-Out Language on Forms and Initial Messages

Opt-out instructions are included on all opt-in forms and in the initial message sent to each new contact, as shown in the opt-in confirmation above.

3.4 Message Frequency and Rates

  • Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month.

  • Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

3.5 How to Opt Out — QUIT

Reply QUIT or STOP to any text message from Zoop Benefits to unsubscribe immediately.

You will receive one final confirmation message and will receive no further messages.

3.6 How to Opt Back In

Once you have opted out, you may re-subscribe only by completing the opt-in form on our website at zoopbenefits.com. Re-subscription by text message reply is not available.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, and methodologies provided by Zoop Benefits — including but not limited to the Bold OS methodology, financial strategy frameworks, training content, and marketing materials — are the proprietary intellectual property of Zoop Benefits. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zoop Benefits provides services and communications on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information provided. Nothing in our communications constitutes financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. All strategies discussed are conceptual and educational — specific outcomes depend on individual circumstances and are not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoop Benefits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or communications, including SMS messages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Zoop Benefits in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

7. Privacy

Your use of Zoop Benefits services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at zoopbenefits.com/privacy-policy. Our Privacy Policy details what information we collect, how it is used, and our commitment that your information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
