Estate Planning
A revocable living trust keeps your estate private, out of court, and headed to the people you choose. Pick one of two paths, pay one flat fee, and Zoop stays with you from your Launch Appointment until your trust is funded.

Probate Cost Estimator
Without a funded trust, your estate goes through probate: a court process with attorney fees, executor fees and court costs, all paid out of what you leave behind. Pick your state and see the numbers.
Where you live. Real estate in other states adds its own probate.
Your home, investments, accounts and property in your name alone, without a beneficiary. Use the full value, before any mortgage.
Two Options. Pick Yours.
Both give you a revocable living trust you control for life. The difference is which state's trust law governs it and how much legal muscle stands behind it. If you don't want or need the added protections of a Nevada trust, Option A costs less and is a little more convenient.
Answer guided questions on Wealth.com's online platform, on your schedule, and get a trust built for the state you live in. Available in every state, including Nevada.
An attorney-drafted trust governed by Nevada law, available to residents of any state, with a one-on-one attorney review before anything is final.
You sign with a local notary and two witnesses near you. We'll help you line them up.

Probate is the court process that settles an estate when assets aren't held in a trust. Most families want to skip it for three reasons. Cost: attorney fees, executor fees and court costs can add up to thousands or tens of thousands of dollars. Time: it often takes 6 to 12 months, and longer for complex or contested estates. Privacy: probate filings are public record, so anyone can see what you owned and who received it. Own property in more than one state, and your family may face a separate probate in each one. A funded revocable living trust lets your successor trustee settle things privately, without a court. See what probate could cost your family with our Probate Calculator →
No. Option A builds your trust under Nevada law if Nevada is your home state. Option B adds attorney drafting and a one-on-one review by Gulf Coast Law, plus the features of their Nevada trust program.
Yes. A married couple can share one joint trust under one fee. Blended families sometimes prefer separate trusts; if that fits you better, we'll sort it out at your Launch Appointment before anything is drafted.
Both paths include lifetime updates at no additional cost. Wealth.com and Gulf Coast Law each let you update your plan as life changes, whether that's a new grandchild, a move, or a change in who you want in charge.
With Option A, the attorney consult and deed preparation, which you add and pay for inside Wealth.com only if you need them. With Option B, deeds for property outside Florida, which Gulf Coast Law bills you for directly. On either path, county recording fees, and your own notary unless you add the mobile notary on Option A.
Yes. Option A: you get a full refund any time before your intake appointment takes place, even if you cancel, postpone or reschedule it. Option B: you meet your Gulf Coast Law attorney first, and if the firm isn't the right fit for you after that first meeting, you get a full refund.
Your flat fee covers the document platform or law firm, plus Zoop's planning and coordination: your Launch Appointment, intake support, signing and funding guidance, and a team that sees your whole financial picture.
No. Zoop Benefits is not a law firm. With Option A, legal advice comes from the optional attorney consult on Wealth.com. With Option B, Gulf Coast Law, P.A. works with you directly as your attorneys.
Most of the timeline is in your hands: the faster your intake comes back, the faster drafting starts. For Option B, Gulf Coast Law typically posts final documents within about two business days of your attorney review meeting.
A trust only controls what's in it. A signed trust with nothing in it can still leave your family in probate court. That's why funding guidance is part of every plan.
Zoop Benefits is not a law firm and does not provide legal or tax advice. Option A documents are created through Wealth.com's estate planning platform; legal advice is available through the optional consult with an independent attorney. Option B documents are prepared by Gulf Coast Law, P.A., which provides legal services directly to you under its own engagement. Fees include Zoop Benefits' planning and coordination services. Deed preparation, optional attorney consults and county recording fees are billed by Wealth.com or Gulf Coast Law directly. Asset protection outcomes depend on individual facts and are not guaranteed.
